Founded in 1996, IMS was built on the simple principle that telephone communication is one of the most productive tools available to event marketers today. Yet it is dramatically underused in most situations. To fill the void, we built a company from the ground up, and designed it to meet the needs of business and technology event managers.


IMS Staff

The soul of IMS, and the secret of our success, lies in our dedicated and talented staff of sales pros. Simply put, we are in a league of our own when it comes to caller education, experience and maturity. Our unique and flexible work environment, combined with our aggressive salary and commission program has enabled us to attract the very best of the best: All telephone representatives receive technical training on computer and telecommunications concepts, telemarketing protocols and phone skills. Our staff work at private workstations, have auto dial capability, email access, and Internet access to support client programs. Each representative is a member of a team and is managed by a full-time telemarketing manager who interacts directly with the client on a day-to-day basis.
